Paris Saint-Germain is reportedly planning to offer Paul Pogba a lucrative salary to join them on a free transfer this summer from Manchester United.
Pogba’s future at Old Trafford remains unresolved with the Frenchman set to become a free agent at the end of the 2021/22 season.
Reports earlier this season suggested the Red Devils have offered him a new mammoth £500k-a-week contract to stay at the club.
However, the Daily Mail report that PSG is offering the player a ‘lucrative homecoming package’ in order to lure him to the Parc des Princes.
Pogba is said to be happy to keep his options open until then, with remaining at Old Trafford not out of the question.
But with United currently going through a huge slump in form and now outsiders for the Champions League, you wouldn’t bet against him departing at the end of the campaign.
Pogba has made 215 appearances for United, scoring 39 goals.
Back in October, he hinted that he could stay at United by insisting he ‘loves’ playing with ‘special’ Cristiano Ronaldo.
