Barcelona has reportedly offered AC Milan midfielder, Franck Kessie, a contract until June 2027.
The 25-year-old’s deal at San Siro is due to expire at theend of June, and he is widely expected to leave on a free transfer, with theSerie A outfit struggling to match his wage demands.
A number of clubs, including Tottenham Hotspur, ManchesterUnited and Paris Saint-Germain, have been credited with an interest in theIvory Coast international.
However, according to journalist, Nicolo Schira, Barcelonahas offered the midfielder a lucrative contract until the end of the 2026-27campaign.
Schira claimed that the Catalan giants have placed a salaryof £6.7m a year plus bonuses on the table in the hope of convincing him to makethe move to Camp Nou this summer.
Kessie has again been an important player for Milan duringthe 2021-22 campaign, making 21 appearances in all competitions, contributingfive goals and one assist in the process.
