Rangers Boss: Aribo’s Dynamic Player

Rangers’ manager, Giovanni van Bronckhorst, has described Nigeria international, Joe Aribo, as “a dynamic player”.

The central midfielder was on the score sheet for the Gers as they claimed a 3-0 triumph over Dundee in a Scottish Premiership match at the Ibrox Stadium on Saturday.

Aribo opened the scoring in the 36th minute before having a hand in the second goal as Ryan Sweeney scored inside his own net.

Former Netherlands international, Van Bronckhorst, who replaced Steven Gerrard as Rangers manager last month, lauded Aribo following the one-sided encounter.

“Joe is an important player who has played here for many years and you could see what he brings to the team,” Van Bronckhorst told Rangers’ official website.

“He scored a goal but his overall performance defensively and offensively was very good. He’s a very dynamic player and I’m happy with his performance.”

Aribo has scored five goals and provided two assists from 16 league matches for Rangers thus far this season.
